UA President Pat Gamble Asks Regents To Review Retention Incentive

He just thought that he needed to talk about it,” she said. “And he has told the board, ‘I would like you guys to consider this, because I think that there’s a lot of negativity going on right now, right at a time when we really need everybody to pull together.’”The retention incentive would be awarded at the end of Gamble’s three-year contract in May of 2016.The Board of Regents is expected to address the request at a Sept. 8 meeting in Anchorage.
